There will be a tutorial for the English Scholarship examination after school on Friday.

Cambridge and NCEA will identify candidates who have unavoidable exam clashes once all entries are processed. Solutions to Cambridge vs Cambridge and NCEA vs NCEA clashes will be solved later this term. Be aware that entering for an AS resit and/or a Scholarship exam may create an avoidable clash.

Cambridge vs NCEA clashes must be identified by individual students. The combined external examination timetable is displayed on the noticeboard between A10 and A11. If you identify a Cambridge vs NCEA exam clash, please list it on the Exam Clash Form on the noticeboard so that we can plan a solution for you. The deadline for this is Friday 16 August.

There will be an open door History tutorial every Monday lunchtime from next week. It will be in H3 and is open to any student in Form 3-7 needing help with History.

The NCEA Level 2 Business Studies students will be running stalls during Friday lunchtime as part of their internal assessment. The stalls will be outside the Sports Centre and they would appreciate your support. Please bring money to support the groups.

If you missed the Options Briefings for 2025 Subject Option Selection earlier this week, you can attend a catch-up Briefing next Monday lunchtime.

There is no Physics study session this afternoon. They will resume next week on Thursday afternoon in Physics Lab P4 from 3:30-5pm.

There will be a meeting for Earth and Space Science Scholarship in G2 at lunchtime on Friday. Contact Mr Maguire in the Geography Department if you are unable to attend.

The second scholarship physics tutorial on using reference circles to solve simple harmonic problems will take place next Thursday 15 August in lab P6 starting at 7.45 am. Bring your solutions from the last tutorial with you.

Form 6 and 7 students interested in studying in Melbourne are invited to join us on Friday 9 August, in the Heritage Room during lunchtime for a presentation from Trinity College - University of Melbourne.

All finalists in the Form 3 Piano Cup must report to the Music Department Office to receive information about the set work for this year's competition.
