Entries for Cambridge AS resits in the November 2024 series are now open. If you are considering re-sitting an AS exam in November 2024 you will need to think carefully, be strategic, and weigh up whether adding another set of external exams is really in your best interests. Information about Cambridge AS Resits is now available for students to collect from the Front of Hall, Senior Side. If you have any questions, please see Dr Etty. The deadline for resit entries is Friday 2 August.

There are external examinations in school at the moment. If you see one of the 'Exams in Progress' signs, please move away quietly.

Meeting at lunchtime in H4.

The Tuakana Teina group will be meeting in the study centre at lunchtime today. All students, including new members from all form levels are welcome.

The Economics Society will meet in A10 at lunchtime today.

The final Form Class Photos will take place today in the old gymnasium. The schedule for the day has been placed on the pillars around the hall. Students have been asked to check this schedule so that you can be at the right place at the right time. No student will be permitted in the photo if they do not meet our grooming standards.

Please note; 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D are required to be at the Old Gymnasium immediately after assembly.

The School Ball will be held this year for Form 7 students on the evening of Saturday 10 August in the Great Hall, from 7:30pm until midnight. At the conclusion of Assembly today, all Form 7 students will receive information forms from their Form Master. The forms include details of the Ball, a letter from the Headmaster for their parents, and deadlines for them to be aware of.
Importantly, there are also two key documents included in this information pack that must be completed and returned by the due dates if you wish to attend this event:
1. The “Commitment to Attend” slip which is due by 3:30pm on Friday 21 June.
2. The “Ball Consent Form” which is due by 3:30pm on Friday 26 July.

Form 7 students are encouraged to check all deadline dates carefully and to be sure that they are accurate in returning the required forms and in making payments as set out in the information document they have received. Failure to do so will mean they will not be allowed to attend the Ball.

Students with any queries regarding the Annual School Ball should see Mr Lobb.
