Form 5 students will sit their Pre-Q examinations during Weeks 3 and 4 of Term 4 (Monday 31 October - Friday 11 November). Each examination will be three hours.

Students in classes 4A and 4B sitting Pre-Q Mathematics will have their examination briefing in the MMT at lunchtime on Monday 31 October.
The Junior Volleyball team will take on Mount Roskill Grammar School and Mount Albert Grammar School in round three of the season on Thursday 3 November at Kelston Boys High School, with the games at 4pm and 4:45pm.
The annual Friends of the School event will be held on Thursday 3 November from 6pm in the Old Boys' Pavilion. Note: registrations for this event have now closed.

The annual Auckland Grammar School Old Boys' Association Augusta Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday 10 November in the Old Boys' Pavilion. On the night, we will be formally congratulating the 2021 Augusta and Lion Award winners.

All Form 5 students will return to campus on Friday 18 November for the Pre-Q Exam Paper Review Day, where they will receive feedback on every subject throughout the day. The School day will revert back to the normal bell times, finishing at 3:15pm.

On Thursday 1 December, only junior students (Forms 3 and 4) will be on campus. After assembly at 9am, the two cohorts will compete in a Form Class Sports Day, with the School day concluding at 3pm.
On Friday 2 December, only junior students (Forms 3 and 4) will be on campus. After assembly at 9am, students will have a seven-period day concluding at 1:15pm, with ID photos for 2023 being taken throughout the day.
