A group of 35 Form 6 students will head to the School's outdoor education facility, Venturelodge, for the second Form 6 Leadership Camp, to be held from Monday 21 - Friday 25 August.
During Term 3, representatives from New Zealand universities will speak to students about their courses and further information for studying in 2024. On Wednesday 23 August, representatives from the University of Auckland will be on campus in the MMT at lunchtime.
The annual Mathex Competition will take place on Wednesday 23 August at the Barfoot & Thompson Stadium, Kohimarama, with 31 students competing.
The 1st XI Hockey team will take on Westlake Boys' High School in the final of the Supercity Competition on Wednesday 23 August. The game will take place at Lloyd Elsmore Park starting at 6:45pm.
The Auckland Secondary Schools Chess Championships will take place on Thursday 24 August at the Michael Avenue Community Centre, Ellerslie, with eight students from Auckland Grammar School competing. This event is the Qualifying Tournament for the National Championship.
The Premier Table Tennis team will compete in the Auckland Regional Table Tennis Championships on Thursday 24 August, beginning at 8am at the Auckland Badminton Centre.

During daily assembly in Term 3, there will be weekly performances from a number of the School's Musical groups. On Thursday 24 August, one of the School's choirs, Grammar Voices, will perform to the student body.
The Auckland Championship Basketball Finals will take place on Thursday 24 August, held at the Trusts Stadium in Henderson.
