Representatives from various New Zealand universities will be on site during August and September to assist students with course planning for studying in 2023. On Thursday 25 August, representatives from the University of Waikato will be in the MMT at lunchtime.

The Under 15 Rugby team will compete at the National Invitational Tournament in Christchurch during Winter Tournament Week from Sunday 28 August - Friday 2 September.
