Representatives from various New Zealand universities will be on site during August and September to assist students with course planning for studying in 2023. On Friday 26 August, representatives from Canterbury University will be in the Old Boys' Pavilion at lunchtime.
Form 6 student taking NEA Level 2 Business Studies as a subject will take part in the first of two Market Days as part of their assessment on Friday 26 August. These food stalls will be situated outside the Sports Centre at lunchtime where students can go to support the class.
The French DELF examination, organised by the Alliance Française and the French Embassy, where students get their level of French officially certified, will take place on Saturday 27 August at Diocesan School for Girls.
The Junior A Basketball team will compete at the Auckland Regional Championships from Saturday 27 - Tuesday 30 August at Bruce Pulman Arena.
The New Zealand Secondary Schools Table Tennis Championships will take place in Hamilton during Winter Tournament Week from Sunday 28 - Wednesday 31 August.
The New Zealand Secondary Schools Badminton Championships will take place at Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua during Winter Tournament Week from Sunday 28 August - Thursday 1 September.
The 1st XI Football team will compete at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Football Championships in Napier during Winter Tournament Week from Sunday 28 August - Friday 2 September.
The Under 15 Rugby team will compete at the National Invitational Tournament in Christchurch during Winter Tournament Week from Sunday 28 August - Friday 2 September.
Winter Tournament Week for 2022 will be held from Monday 29 August - Friday 2 September and the School will be closed on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 September.
The 1st XI Hockey team will compete at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Hockey Championships in Auckland during Winter Tournament Week from Monday 29 August - Saturday 3 September.
During daily assembly in Term 3, there will be weekly performances from a number of the School’s Musical groups. On Monday 29 August, the School’s Pipe Band will perform to the student body.
The Premier Basketball team will compete in the National Qualifying Tournament in the AA Zone 1 Championships during Winter Tournament Week from Wednesday 31 August - Saturday 3 September in Auckland.
