Parents and students new to Auckland Grammar School in 2024 are invited to the Music Information Evening on Tuesday 30 January, beginning at 7pm in the Centennial Theatre. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet Music department staff.

Members of the Premier Concert Band and the Wind Band will have their annual Music camp over the weekend of Friday 23 - Sunday 25 February on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Students will leave campus after school Friday and return to School at 3pm on Sunday afternoon.

The first of two Performance Days will take place on Friday 15 March, with students leaving campus at 7:45am. Groups involved include the Premier Concert Band, Wind Band, Symphony Orchestra, Big Band, the Pipe Band, Grammarphonics and Grammar Voices.
The School's Pipe Band will be competing in the juvenile category of the New Zealand Pipe Band Championships on Friday 15 March at the Onewa Domain in Northcote.
