Flute

The most dazzling instrument of the woodwind section, the flute is a vital solo instrument in Symphony Orchestra, Premier Concert Band and Wind Band. Instrument hire can be arranged through the Music department, subject to availability – please contact the Music department for further information.

Advanced players can also play the piccolo as a member of either the Symphony Orchestra and/or the Premier Concert Band.
