Euphonium

Often called the cello of the brass section’, the euphonium boasts a warm, expressive tone and can handle both lyrical and technically demanding music. It is a key solo instrument in the Premier Concert Band, Wind Band, and Symphony Orchestra.

Outside of school, local brass bands are always eager to welcome talented young euphonium players. Instrument hire is available through the Music Department, subject to availability.
