Auckland Grammar School is one of New Zealand’s leading secondary schools, with a reputation for all-round excellence in academic, sporting and cultural pursuits and a strong sense of tradition, pride and confidence.
The majority of international students who enrol at Auckland Grammar aim to acquire an internationally recognised secondary school qualification in either NCEA or Cambridge A-Levels for University Entrance. In addition, we welcome short-term enrolling students who seek a full language immersion and cultural exchange experience.
According to the Education Review Office 2016 Report, international students have access to high quality learning opportunities at Auckland Grammar School. They are fully integrated into the life of the school and participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities. Their wellbeing and academic progress is closely monitored. Many international students achieve very high levels of academic success.
