Examination Briefings for students in Forms 5, 6 and 7
In order to give out important information about the upcoming external and Pre-Q examinations, all students in Forms 5, 6 and 7 will attend an important Examination Briefing. At the end of this Briefing you will go on Study Leave. Period times are as follows:
- 7C1 to 7H1: p.4 in the Centennial Theatre
- 6C1 to 6I1: p.5 in the Centennial Theatre
- 5A-5H: p.6 in the Centennial Theatre
- 5J-5O: p.7 in the Centennial Theatre
- 5P-5R: p.7: in Te Ara's Forum

Form III Latin Projects
A reminder to all Third Form Latin students that they must pick up their project after school today, and either take it home or dispose of it in the bins provided. Congratulations on such a wonderful display.

Junior Home Rooms
The information relating to Junior Home Rooms has now been published on GrammarNet as well as being posted around the School. From next week, Form 3 and 4 Students will be in Home rooms for the remainder of the term and all Juniors are asked to accurately record the location of their lessons so they do not disrupt any Pre-Q examinations that are occurring throughout the next fortnight.

Pre-Q, Term 4 Examination Details
The Pre-Q Examination Timetable and the Rooming Guide are now confirmed and these have been published to GrammarNet, the School’s website, and on the noticeboard in the corridor between A10 & A11.
Students are reminded that it is their responsibility to check the Rooming Guide carefully to make sure that they know where to go for all of their examinations. Students are also reminded to be sure that they arrive at the correct room at least 15 minutes before each examination so they will not be late and are seated, ready to start their examination at either 9am or 1pm.

For students in Forms 5A-5O who are entered for an NCEA or a Scholarship examination, there is an examination briefing in the Centennial Theatre at lunchtime today.
