In order to give out important information about the upcoming external and Pre-Q examinations, all students in Forms 5, 6 and 7 will attend an Examination Briefing on Friday this week, prior to departure on Study Leave. At these briefings, you will be given a copy of the relevant Examination Timetable and Rooming Guide, a set of examination regulations and instructions, and your personalised Admissions Slips, which you need to get into your exams.

The 2024 Tutorial Programme for NCEA, Cambridge and NZQA Scholarship is now available on GrammarNet. For any queries relating to the Tutorial Programme, please contact the relevant Head of Department.

Cambridge exams continue this week and once again a significant number of room changes are required.
• The Science block, Rooms S1 – S12, is out of action for the whole week.
• The English block is being used for exams period 6 and 7 today and again on Friday.
• C-floor rooms in the Main Block:
- C1 & C2 are being used from periods 3 – 7 today, and periods 6 & 7 on Wednesday
- C1 – C4, are being used periods 6 & 7 tomorrow and periods 3 – 7 on Friday.
Schedules listing all room changes are posted on the Courtyard noticeboard and the noticeboard outside L7.

A reminder that until further notice:
• The area between the Main Block extension and the Study Centre is effectively out of bounds.
• Desks in the English block must not be moved.
• Whenever you see one of the "Exams in Progress" signs, whether it is during lessons, at interval or lunchtime, or at the end of the school day, you must move away quietly. If you see one of the "Exams in Progress" signs in a doorway, you must not enter the building without the permission of a staff member.

Students interested in learning about crewing a superyacht, are invited to meet a current crewmember in the industry. They will be in LS6 tomorrow Lunchtime.

All students in Mr Martin and Mr Rowe's 4A and 4B Pre-Q Maths classes must attend a meeting in the MMT at lunchtime on Tuesday.

Please meet at the pool at the start of Period 3 today.

Mr Hantz's and Mr Overbury's classes please meet at the pool period 6 today.

Any students weighing less than 50 kg who are interested in being a coxswain on the rowing team should see Mr Lowe in the Form 6 Dean office interval.

All Junior Softball players are to meet outside B7 at the start of interval today.
