Cambridge certificates

Cambridge certificates for the November examinations will arrive in school in March next year. Students currently in Form 6 and will receive their certificates in person.

Leavers: you will be contacted when certificates are ready and you will be able to collect your certificates from School. If you are moving away from Auckland and therefore unable to collect your certificate, you can arrange for your certificate to be couriered to you. You will need to confirm your address and contact details with us, and the form for this is available on your GrammarNet dashboard now.

Cambridge entry fees

All Cambridge examinations fees are on the AGS Portal. Cambridge students are requested to ensure that all outstanding fees are paid as soon as possible, to avoid any problems with entries during the November examinations series and to ensure that results are released on time in January.

Cambridge Examinations - Clash List

The combined CAIE and NCEA timetable has been published on the Examinations Noticeboard in the corridor between A10 and A11. Also published is the Clash Arrangements list. Cambridge students with exam clashes must check this list as soon as possible, and if there are any problems, see Dr Etty or Mr Vella.

In order to give students important information about upcoming external examinations, all Cambridge students will attend an Examination Briefing and receive important documentation in the Centennial Theatre prior to departure on Study Leave.

Auckland Grammar School Board Student Representative Election

Voting papers are available from Student Reception until the voting closes at: 4.00pm Friday 27 September 2024.

Students must have their Student ID with them when collecting a Voting Paper.

Duke of Edinburgh - Silver & Gold

There is a meeting in C16 during Interval today for all students who are completing their Silver/Gold Adventurous Journey in November. Students who cannot attend must email Mr Bidet before the end of the day.
A reminder that presentations must be emailed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Prizegiving - trophy return

All students who were awarded a trophy at the 2023 end of year prizegiving, are reminded that these are now due to be returned. These can be handed directly to Mr Askew or Mr Oram, and if they are not available then please deliver these to Miss Sadler at the main reception.

The University of Auckland - Apollo Programme

Form 6/7 Maori and Pasifika students currently studying NCEA Level 2/3 Math and Calculus are invited to a presentation on fully-funded study opportunities in the Heritage Room, Lunchtime Wednesday 25 September.

Students participating in the Athletics Nationals at the end of this year are to meet in H2 during lunchtime for the distribution of raffle tickets. If you cannot attend this meeting, you need to see Mr. Leiseder before the end of this week.

Furthermore, Wednesday's sprints training has been moved to tomorrow, Tuesday morning.
