Free tutoring is offered by experienced senior students over a wide range of subjects during lunchtime today in G6. This is an excellent way to prepare for common tests and examinations.

The deadline for selecting your options for 2025 is tomorrow. If you have not already done so, you must complete the electronic process or fill in a paper copy of the form and return it to Dr Etty or to Student Reception by 3:15 tomorrow.

The Physics study session is this afternoon in Lab P4 from 3:30-5pm.

The scholarship Earth and Space Science tutorial will be in G2 at 8am tomorrow. Please refer to the Grammarnet page for details.

Any student with a clash in the upcoming examinations must consult with the draft Clash List that has been published on the noticeboard in the corridor between A10 & A11 for their individualised solution. If there is a problem with the solution offered, please see Mr Oram. The deadline for confirming the clash list is the end of week 7.

The NCEA Level 2 Business Studies students will be running their stalls at lunchtime tomorrow. This is the second and final market day so please support the groups by bringing money.

Any Form 7 student who will achieve University Entrance with competitive grades and, is intending to enrol at a university can apply for the Burnett Charitable Trust Scholarship.
A one off payment of $10,000 will be made to the winner. There are two main prerequisites:
1- Good academic grades for entry to university in 2025.
2- Proven financial hardship.

Applicants must register their interest with Mr Martin at Student Services before 3.00pm Friday 23 August.

Application forms can be collected from Student Services or downloaded off the Auckland Grammar School website.

All those who have registered their interest in Techtorium software development short courses please attend the presentation by Techtorium in T1 at Thursday lunchtime.

Details are up on GrammarNet for the Big Band Auditions. These will be held next Monday lunchtime and afterschool. Please register before the end of Thursday by filling out the online application.
