Applications for Cambridge re-sits in the October/November examination series closed on Friday. A full list of all applications received is published on the External Examinations noticeboard in the corridor between A10-A11. Please check this list today and place a tick beside your name to confirm your entry. Please see Dr Etty in his office if you have any questions. Charges will be loaded onto the AGS Portal tomorrow.

Cambridge and NCEA will identify candidates who have unavoidable exam clashes once all entries are processed. Solutions to Cambridge vs Cambridge and NCEA vs NCEA clashes will be solved later this term. Be aware that entering for an AS resit and/or a Scholarship exam may create an avoidable clash.

Cambridge vs NCEA clashes must be identified by individual students. The combined external examination timetable is displayed on the noticeboard between A10 and A11. If you identify a Cambridge vs NCEA exam clash, please list it on the Exam Clash Form on the noticeboard so that we can plan a solution for you. The deadline for this is Friday 16 August.

Forms 6-7: If you missed the Form Period last Thursday, you will need to see Dr Etty in his office at lunchtime or after school today to collect important documentation relating to external qualifications.

Students who have registered, or are interested in registering, for the Biology Olympiad are to go to S1 at the beginning of lunchtime today.

All students in Forms 4, 5 and 6 will attend Option Briefings in the Centennial Theatre this week ahead of Options Evening on Tuesday 16 August and the 2025 Student Option Selection process. Details are as follows:
Form 5 and 6 students will have their briefings tomorrow:
- 5A – 5J Period 2
- 5K – 5R Period 3
- 6A – 6I Period 5
- 6C1 – 6I1 Period 6

Form 4 students, you will have your Options Briefings today:
- 4A – 4H Period 2
- 4I – 4R Period 3

Students are to go to the Centennial Theatre promptly at the start of their scheduled period, drop their bag in the foyer, pick up a copy of the 2025 Course Handbook from the table and go into the Theatre. No pen or stationery is required.

Scholarship physics tutorials continue in P6 after school today with the topic a.c. circuits.

There is a meeting for all participants in Physics Lab P7 at lunchtime today.

All members who are able to assist with the trasportation of the Lion and Dragon Dance gear from Epsom Girls Grammar, please meet outside L7 after school today at 3:30pm.

There is a meeting in C16 during Interval today for students enrolled in the Silver and Gold Award this year.

There is a meeting for all Interact students involved with Foodbank at lunchtime today in LS6.

Senior students interested in attending Lincoln University are invited to a course planning session during lunchtime on Tuesday, 6th August in the Heritage Room.

Senior students interested in attending Otago University are invited to a course planning session during lunchtime on Monday, 5th August in the Old Boys Pavilion.
