Asian Tutoring Group is cancelled today.

The deadline for applications for Cambridge AS Resits and NZQA Scholarship exams is tomorrow. Information and application forms are available from the front of Hall, senior side. See Dr Etty if you have any problems.

Cambridge and NCEA will identify candidates who have unavoidable exam clashes once all entries are processed. Solutions to Cambridge vs Cambridge and NCEA vs NCEA clashes will be solved later this term. Be aware that entering for an AS resit and/or a Scholarship exam may create an avoidable clash.

Cambridge vs NCEA clashes must be identified by individual students. The combined external examination timetable is displayed on the noticeboard between A10 and A11. If you identify a Cambridge vs NCEA exam clash, please list it on the Exam Clash Form on the noticeboard so that we can plan a solution for you. The deadline for this is Friday 16 August.

Students currently learning French in Form 4 to Form 6 who are interested in taking part in the French Tour next year are to complete the Expression of Interest form on their class page.

Cambridge International can automatically share AS & A Level results with Australian universities, as soon as results are released in January. Form 7 students who wish to opt into this service need to complete a form online. Go to your GrammarNet dashboard and click on the Australian Universities Results Release Authorisation Form link by Friday 23 August.

Form 3 and Form 7 students who would be interested in accompanying Mr. Cuming and Mr. Wait on a visit to your old intermediate school, to share anecdotal experiences of Grammar and provide some insight to prospective Year 8 students, please would you put your name down on the sign up sheets outside of the Form 3 Deans office over the course of today and tomorrow. If you are selected, Mr. Wait will let you know next week.

Any students interested in learning to sail are to attend a meeting in B3 at lunch today. The learn to sail program is open to students with little or no experience that are keen to see what the sport is about. If you signed up last week, there is no need to attend today.
