2021 Top Scholars’ Awards

In 2021, Auckland Grammar School students gained 160 individual subject Scholarships. Prefect R. Sidhu and 2021 Dux Samuel Blyth ’17 recently attended the NZQA Top Scholars’ Awards in Wellington, two of only 12 students nationally to receive these awards.

Ryaan achieved Outstanding Scholarships in Calculus, Chemistry, Physics and Statistics, and Scholarships in Biology, Geography, Health and Physical Education and History.

Samuel gained six scholarships in total: Outstanding Scholarships in Calculus, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, Latin and Physics and Scholarship in Statistics. Samuel was also the Top Scholar in Earth and Space Science, and Latin. Samuel is currently in his first year of studying a conjoint Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Mathematics and Physics at the University of Otago.
